Wow, where do I start? Jennifer and the whole team were fantastic. We had no clue about the market or what to do to buy a house. They explained everything to us in a way we could fully understand. In this market, we had to make bids and offers so fast. We ended up finding our dream home. We closed in less than 30 days. It was so fast and so easy. I highly recommend Jennifer and the whole team. Grace & Live Distinctively helped me purchase my 1st home a couple years ago while I was pregnant with my 1st child. Staring with the agent interview process through the ending settlement, Grace Parris and her Team were personable, professional, timely, and respectful. Grace pitched a sell strategy during the interview process that played out just as originally presented. Grace and her Team were always a leg up on each step of the listing and selling process with no surprises. My initial perception was that the property had a number of big challenges to sort out prior to listing, which happily turned out not to be the case due to Grace’s knowledge and expertise in the South Bay LA real estate market. Grace navigated us through the negotiations quickly and efficiently and the cash settlement was finished in two weeks. Jennifer Boyd and Amber Jacobson-stephens helped my family and I buy our 1st house in May 2017. They were so helpful and understanding. Great people to work with, helped us sell our home quickly and find a new one. Extremely informed on all aspects of home buying/selling. Robin is very friendly, honest, was available to ask any questions, knew the areas of the homes very well. His team is exceptional and very helpful in all aspects of the selling and buying of homes.

This was a long-distance sale – I live in Kentucky and the condo I sold was in California. So it was imperative that I find a realtor I could trust and feel confident with, one with good communication skills and process. Robin has been an amzazing support to our family, we first bought with him as our agent and then had to go thru a traumatic short sale when my husband and i lost our jobs at the same time and he was kind, patient, and helpful in every way throughout the process. We chose Robin over a few other agents to represent us in selling our condo. We are glad we did so! Since we were out of town landlords we had a lot of coordinating to do with different types of people during the selling, Robin came through every time. He helped us renovate the place and supervised the painting and other small repairs. We got top dollar in selling our property and Robin was with us through the entire process. Details, aside from a genuine and kind realtor and his team follows those same values. I have never met a realtor that didn’t see me first as dollar signs….Robin wasn’t overly pushy, not even pushy. Sold the house in a week and kept it all very simple and he wears great socks and shoes and they make a great Ginger Snap cookie!
